Training Team Manager, Police National search Centre (PNSC)

From 2015 to date, currently responsible for all UK Home and Non Home Office and International, Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) CT and Missing Persons Search training, seconded to the College of Policing, based at Ryton on Dunsmore.

A serving police officer for 27 years, Humberside Police, the last 10 of those as a Police Search Adviser (PolSA) and Counter Terrorist Security coordinator (CT SecCo). I have considerable experience of High Risk Missing Person Search events and Counter Terrorist Defensive and Offensive search operations having worked on the Olympics, Olympic Torch route and G8 summits in Scotland and Northern Ireland. I am a trainer and assessor with experience of confined space, working at Heights and CBRN disciplines.

I sit on the board for the Police Search Governance board alongside other national working groups and led the Lost and Missing Person Search Framework (LAMPS-F() process which was initiated in 2017 and more recently contributed to the DEFRA led Concept of operations CONOPS for Flood rescue.
